10 Online 40 minute session (via SKYPE or ZOOM) flexible times, all lessons to be taken within 10 weeks.

Lesson will cover the principles of the Alexander work, some of my own developments within that framework and address relevant aspects of preparation and performance. The sessions will follow the format of my work at Trinity Laban, working with string players, singers, guitarists, wind players, singers and conductors.
